Steve and his team could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They were able to come out to my home to give me a quote within hours of being called (despite it being Christmas Eve!) and were courteous and thorough, taking the time to look at all the possible sites for a heat pump, and ensuring it would be the correct size for the room. The quote was competitive compared to two others I had received, and once I gave Steve the go-ahead, he was able to come back and fit the heat pump at the exact time and date to suit me. His work was exceptionally clean and meticulous, even setting the correct time on the remote, and the end product is excellent. We plan to put in another heat pump at a later date so will certainly be using Steve again, and would highly recommend this firm.
